Bob Brian is the founder and managing partner at Headquarters. Prior to his tenure at the company, he was President and CEO of Complete Post Technicolor and Matchframe Video. Bob started Headquarters for the purpose of establishing a creative environment and building a team of talented professionals so that filmmakers and television producers could confidently enjoy their finishing experience.
Ed Migliore is a founding partner at Headquarters. Ed manages all aspects of business affairs and finance at Headquarters. He is best known for his years spent at Complete Post Technicolor where he served as both Chairman of the Board and President. Ed is acknowledged throughout the post community for his financial skills and acumen.
Richard Garibaldi is a founding partner and senior colorist at Headquarters. As senior colorist, he provides the bridge between the creative and technical worlds as he supervises all aspects of color timing and management. Rich is recognized as one of the most respected colorists in the Los Angeles post production community. He has enjoyed the pleasure of collaborating with the industry’s top directors and cinematographers including Quentin Tarantino, Robert Duvall, Elliot Davis, Barry Markowitz, and Caleb Deschanel. Tauzhan Kaiser Tauzhan Kaiser is Vice President & General Manager at Headquarters. In her role as GM, Tauzhan oversees all aspects of the company’s daily operations, creative staffing, and project management. She is a respected and admired industry veteran who has held executive positions at Complete Post – Technicolor, Visual Data, and NBC Universal Studio Post.
Tony Bolm is Director of Operations at Headquarters and oversees the daily workflow needs of clients at the facility. He has been a leading force in facility operations throughout his career having held similar positions at Complete Post Technicolor and the Post Group. As has been the case since he entered post production, he is usually the first person in and the last to leave at night.
Darin Wooldridge is a senior colorist at Headquarters specializing in broadcast/streaming series and Digital Intermediate theatrical projects. He is a Resolve based color timer but his versatility and technical background have enabled him to grade on all the major platforms. Darin’s series credits include Pandora, One Mississippi, Stalker, and Containment. His feature credits include Fences, The Girl on a Train, Sully, Captain America, The Art of Self Defense, and Kicks.

Gosia Grzyb is a senior colorist at Headquarters whose speciality is grading narrative series and independent films. Over the years, Gosia has graded numerous films that have premiered at the major festivals including three that debuted as Official Selections at Sundance. Her series work has included – Everything’s Gonna be Okay for Freeform, Promised Land for ABC Signature, and two series for Apple TV.
Derek Herr is a senior finishing editor at Headquarters for both broadcast/streaming series and Digital Intermediate feature projects. He is an accomplished and respected editor who works on multiple platforms that include Avid, Resolve, and Flame. In addition to his finishing skills, Derek is also recognized throughout the industry as an excellent VFX artist and supervisor. His editorial credits include Pandora, Ray Donovan, Rosewood, Devious Maids, and House.

Chris Currall is a lead finishing editor and vfx artist for both narrative series and independent films. His talents and skills have been on display on series such as Bosch, Empire, Halt and Catch Fire, Dear White People, Falling Skies and Arrow. He is extremely well-versed on many editing and visual effects platforms including Avid, Resolve, and Flame.
Toby Rogers is lead editor for DI feature finishing at Headquarters. He brings a unique skill set to his work with his knowledge of editorial platforms, data management, and engineering systems and integration. Toby was one of the finishing editors on The Birth of a Nation, the 2016 Sundance winner of the Grand Jury and Audience Awards and Burning Sands, an Official Selection to the 2017 Sundance Festival.

Justin Sale Now a seasoned professional, Justin started at Headquarters during his senior year at North Carolina School of the Arts as an intern with the company. After graduation, he joined Headquarters full time as a data wrangler, restoration artist, and editorial assistant. He supports the many workflows the company provides, and plays an integral role in the final content deliveries of our feature films and broadcast programs.
Sue Brian is a partner and DI Producer at Headquarters. She began her career in post-production at Embassy Home Entertainment and moved to Disney’s Theatrical Marketing department as Director of Creative Film Services where she directed voice over talent, produced marketing projects for Disneyland, and supervised color and the finishing of the TV and Trailer campaigns for the studio’s theatrical releases.
