Bob started Headquarters for the purpose of establishing a creative environment and building a team of talented professionals so that filmmakers and television producers could confidently enjoy their finishing experience.
Richard Garibaldi is a founding partner and senior colorist at Headquarters. As senior colorist, he provides the bridge between the creative and technical worlds as he supervises all aspects of color timing and management. Rich is recognized as one of the most respected colorists in the Los Angeles post production community. He has enjoyed the pleasure of collaborating with the industry’s top directors and cinematographers including Quentin Tarantino, Robert Duvall, Elliot Davis, Barry Markowitz, and Caleb Deschanel. Tauzhan Kaiser is Vice President & General Manager at Headquarters. In her role as GM, Tauzhan oversees all aspects of the company’s daily operations, creative staffing, and project management. She is a respected and admired industry veteran who has held executive positions at Complete Post – Technicolor, Visual Data, and NBC Universal Studio Post.
Tony Bolm is Director of Operations at Headquarters and oversees the daily workflow needs of clients at the facility. He has been a leading force in facility operations throughout his career having held similar positions at Complete Post Technicolor and the Post Group. Stephen P. Arkle aka “Sparkle” is one of the most renowned and respected colorists in the industry with extensive credits in television, features and commercials. Over the years, Gosia has graded numerous films that have premiered at the major festivals including three that debuted as Official Selections at Sundance. Her series work includes Netflix’s Blood of Zeus, Apple TV’s Slumberkins, Best Foot Forward and Amber Brown, ABC Signature’s Promised Land and Everything’s Gonna Be Okay for Freeform. He brings a unique skill set to his work with his knowledge of editorial platforms, data management, and engineering systems and integration. Toby’s credits as lead editor include documentaries such as My Sister Liv and the Grammy Winning documentary Quincy, as well as the docuseries John Carpenter’s Suburban Screams. Among Toby’s feature credits are Gray Matter, The Prank, The Birth of a Nation, the 2016 Sundance winner of the Grand Jury and Audience Awards and Burning Sands, and Official Selection to the 2017 Sundance Film Festival.

Justin Sale Now a seasoned professional, Justin started at Headquarters during his senior year at North Carolina School of the Arts as an intern with the company. After graduation, he joined Headquarters full time as a data wrangler, restoration artist, and editorial assistant. He supports the many workflows the company provides, and plays an integral role in the final content deliveries of our feature films and broadcast programs.
Chris Gordon is the Senior dailies colorist at Headquarters skillfully working on series television and independent feature films. In his early days in post production, Chris worked as an audio assist, transitioning to color in 2003. Since then, he has worked on such projects as Grey’s Anatomy, Promised Land, Gray Matter and Private Practice. Additionally, Chris has expanded his impressive skill set to include IO, file transcoding and deliverables. He is an all around Post Professional that enjoys long walks on the beach, collecting cars and is a proud husband and father of two amazing children.
